Shipping & delivery

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping for Switzerland for order above CHF 40.

Are there any additional fees to pay upon delivery?

Tax/import fees might occur if you are based outside of EU. Please check your local import legislation for further information. Melrose Kitchen does not cover any additional tax/import fees.

What is the processing time?

You order is guaranteed to be processed within maximum two business days after successfully completing your payment. If you place your order over the weekend, it will be processed by Monday. Once your order shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation as well as tracking number.

What isthe delivery time?

Once your shipping confirmation received, delivery takes between 2-5 business days, depending on where you are located.

Where doyou ship from?

We ship all our orders from Morges, Switzerland.

Can youship to my country?

If UPS can ship there, so can we! If you’re unable to see your Country in the drop-down list please contact us at contact@melrosekitchen.ch with your address and we’ll check the availability.

Exchange & return

What is the return policy?

You are entitled to return any of our product within 14 days of having received the merchandise for full reimbursement (return shipping fee not included). The product must remain unused, original condition, and in its original packaging and documentation. If we receive a damaged or worn product, we will be unable to process your return. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at contact@melrosekitchen.ch  as soon as possible to notify us, and we will make all necessary arrangements. If an exchange is not possible, a store credit will be issued.

How can I return my order?

How long does it take to reveice the refund?

Your refund will take approximately 5 - 15 business days between the receipt of the returned merchandise and refund. Once your merchandise has been successfully received, you will receive an email notifying you of the total refund amount to be credited to your account.

Is the VAT included in the final price?

Yes, the final price indicated at the checkout includes VAT.

What forms of payment does Melrose Kitchen accept?

Melrose accepts the following forms of payment: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Maestro, Twint and PayPal.

Will I pay additional fees if I pay with an American Express credit card?

No, Melrose Kitchen covers any additional fees.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will immediately be charged upon purchase.

Is my payment secure?

All payments are handled by stripe, leader of e-commerce payment solution, and ensure the highest level of safety for your payment.

My order didn’t go through. What can I do?

My order has been declined, do I need to place a new order?

Can I change my order after it is completed?

You can amend your order within 24 hours after completing it. If you would like to change your order, please send an email to contact@melrosekitchen.ch

When do I received a confirmation email for my order?

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after completing your order. Please check your spam in case you didn’t receive the confirmation. 

Warranty

What isthe warranty period?

All our products have 2 years warranty from the purchase date. 

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers all manufacturer defects but does not cover any damage on any part of the product resulting from abnormal use, lack of care,
negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the product and non-observance of the directions provided by Melrose Kitchen.
